If so, what are our next steps? The nation has a great many issues to resolve, and we cannot stand here dithering on the merits of the kinds and colors of paint on our new national political architecture. We have a great many refugees from abroad, and our institutions require further strengthening.

I call upon our esteemed citizens to rally behind our leader and do what they can, and begin the great task of nation-building.

Yes, we can consider this measure having been passed. The next step would be to then draft a Constitution according to the understanding we have just passed in this Chamber.
