St. Andre votes on Neridian restoration, Natopian protection
Prince Janus Eadric and the Neridian Company endorse the Treaty.
Port St. Andre, MSR of St. Andre - The National Congress has started voting today on the Second Treaty of St. Andre, a document produced by President Benjamin Meir and the Natopian Government after several months of private negotiations. The deal would place the Most Serene Republic of St. Andre and its hundreds of thousands of Neridian refugees (now naturalized Andrino citizens) under the protection of Natopia, and it would restore parts of the old Neridian homeland to St. Andre in Istvanistan.
"This is a landmark deal, and the Andrino and Natopian governments have managed to not only satisfy Andrino needs, but the needs of our Neridian brothers and sisters," said President Benjamin Meir. "This is historic, and will yield great benefits for Natopia, St. Andre and our Neridian brothers and sisters."
The Treaty has been put up to a vote in the National Congress and is expected to pass unanimously. The measure has recently been introduced in the Natopian legislature.
The new question after the Second Treaty of St. Andre passes will be how will St. Andre reconstitute itself with the arrival of Neridian refugees and the reconstitution of the Neridian homeland. Congressional insiders seem to be agree that a new constitutional arrangement is needed. "The Vercotti arrangement that Congress passed needs to be revised. We're not just St. Andre anymore, and we need to bring in our new citizens into the process, because now it's St. Andre and Neridia, together," said Speaker of Congress Adrian Stoddard.

I am pleased to see that the National Congress of St. Andre and President Meir have brought forward the Second Treaty of St. Andre, which would restore the Neridian homeland and its settlements. This is incredible and truly a work of diplomacy and cooperation.
The Neridian Company and myself fully endorse this proposal to restore Neridia and strengthen St. Andre.

Do I dare?
To tell you how to play?
Don't you think it's self explanatory?
Are you capable of enjoying a questionnaire conversation?
Did you know it's not as easy as it sounds?
Wanna try?
Has this been done before?
Wanna humor me and see if you can stand up to this playful banter?
Isn't it true that constructive thought prevents deterioration of the brain?
Or do you think this is just stupid?
If so, is that because you're just no fun?
All work and no play?
Can you answer with a single question?
... Who's next?

In this game, you post a movie that is somehow connected to the previously posted movie, and how it's connected. The same director, an actor, the genre, the year of release, a word in the title, whatever.
For example, if one person posts "Bram Stoker's Dracula", the next could post :Director Francis Ford Coppola, The Godfather".
or
Vampire movie
Let the Right One In
or
Dracula in the title
Dracula Has Risen from the Grave.
I'll start it off with:
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind

Al-Fakir House
Built over fifty years ago in the style of neighboring Babhka, the Al-Fahkir House was originally the residence of the Al-Fahkir family. The Al-Fahkirs were a powerful merchant family based in St. Andre, dealing with the trade of oil, salt and other resources from St. Andre. After the collapse of Babhka, the Al-Fahkirs lost all of their investments and riches, which led to the home falling into the hands of the Andrino Government.
The Andrino Government has leased the property to the Prince of Neridia, Janus Eadric, and to the Neridian Company.

Neridian refugees pour into St. Andre by the thousands
Collapse of Neridian Principality causes thousands to flee, request refugee status in St. Andre.
Port St. Andre, MSR of St. Andre - Asylum-seekers are flooding into St. Andre's ports in record numbers, with more than 125,000 asylum-seekers submitting applications to the Department of State over the last two days. 45,000 have already set foot in St. Andre and have been temporarily detained at a immigration facility in St. Andre.
The Imperial Government of Shireroth has moved to dismantle and dissolve the new Imperial State of Neridia, created under Kaiser Redquill I and placed under the leadership of the then-Count of Ransenar, Janus Eadric. Since its founding, the new State struggled to get established and settled as central authority in the Neridian capital of Redquill and other settlements were constantly challenged by the realities on the ground (conflicts with original residents) and sea (attacks by sea pirates and buccaneers).
Overwhelmed State Department officials are now moving to house the refugees, some arriving alone and others arriving with their entire family. "It's been very difficult to process this deluge of applications and then house the new refugees. It has been a tough ordeal, but we must do what we can to honor our Neridian brothers," said State Department spokesperson Jean Hertyford.
Concerned citizens, working with local government officials, have launched an organization in response to the deluge of refugees called Refugees Welcome, to help asylum seekers learn the languages and customs of St. Andre and matching them with people willing to share their homes with them. They have more than 15,000 applications in the works.
Amidst the overwhelming requests for refugee status, the Prince of Neridia himself submitted a letter requesting that asylum and protection be granted to the Neridian refugees wishing to leave Neridia and move to St. Andre. In his letter, the Prince estimates that the Neridian Company has up to 200,000 refugees that have signed up to leave Istvanistan and come to St. Andre.
