between
the Most Serene Union of St. Andre and Neridia (“St. Andre and Neridia”)
and
the Bovic Empire of the Natopian Nation ("Natopia") -

GATHERED together in the common understanding that an unbreakable bond, forged from mutual understanding and sincere brotherhood nurtured in the loving bosom of Bous, lives and breathes, and recognizing it, believe that a mutually agreed alteration to the status of St. Andre and Neridia to bring them further into the embrace of Natopia as demesnes, and providing a process through legal and constitutional means do assemble TOGETHER AND RESOLVE TO ADOPT the following as the TREATY OF GRAVEACRE to perpetually define the Andrino and Neridian Union and Brotherhood with Our Natopians Brothers and Sisters, in Bous:

I - The Most Serene Union of St. Andre and Neridia (hereafter referred to as “St. Andre and Neridia”), together agree to join the Bovic Empire of the Natopian Nation (hereafter referred to as "Natopia"), providing for their establishment as full demesnes, in perpetuity.

II - The current territorial claim of St. Andre and Neridia will not be reduced or relocated by Natopia for any reason. Changes to the current territorial claim of St. Andre and Neridia can only be approved by the Frenzy, and must ratified by two-thirds of the residents of St. Andre and Neridia.

III - All duly registered citizens of St. Andre and Neridia according to Andrino and Neridian laws and customs are hereby extended full Natopian citizenship, with its full rights and responsibilities.

IV - The Caprine Code will apply fully and completely on St. Andre and Neridia, with the Frenzy providing for any amendments and changes to the laws to ensure proper, necessary and full integration.

V - The capital of St. Andre and Neridia shall temporarily be in Redquill, Neridia, until a referendum from among all duly registered citizens of St. Andre and Neridia determines a permanent capital.

VI - The Treaty of Graveacre will replace the Second Treaty of Saint Andre, and come into force upon legal ratification from all parties involved.
