Dear Most Excellent Minister,

On behalf of the Ergonian Governing Council I am visiting here
in order to bring forth the matter of Ergonia, a nation which
lies to the east of the former territory of Haifa in east-central
Keltia, diplomatically recognizing The Most Serene Republic
of St. Andre, and vice-versa, as well as the matter of opening
up diplomatic relations, and the possible furthering of
diplomatic relations, once and if they have been opened.
