DECLARATION of INDEPENDENCE

of the

MOST SERENE REPUBLIC of ST. ANDRE

JANUARY 4TH, 2015

Quote:The National Congress, composed of duly elected representatives of the people of St. Andre, legitimately and democratically installed in the City of Port St. Andre, declares solemnly before the people of St. Andre, Transitional President Benjamin Meir and Speaker of the National Congress Adrien Stoddard and the eyes of the Almighty Lord in Heaven, arbiter and moderator and Heavenly Lord of the Empires, Kingdoms and Republics and by His Holy Providence, that the people of this territory of St. Andre declare their full and unconditional independence.

By this, We, the people assembled in Congress, declare that Our bonds to the Free State of Haifa are forever dissolved and removed, not to be usurped by any other power or foreign potentate other than the people of St. Andre, creating the Most Serene Republic of St. Andre.
