I seem to be unable to post, although it was my understanding that I would be granted automatic citizenship due to being a citizen of Haifa at the time of dissolution. The reason I ask is that I wish to set up an MGFL franchise in St. Andre, and being a citizen would mean none of you have to do anything

Indeed! You are correct all former citizens of Haifa are given automatic citizenship, but only if they request it, of course. We wouldn't want to force it on anyone.
