Most Serene Republic of St. Andre

Pursuant to the new provisional constitutional settlement and the passage of the 2nd Treaty of St. Andre, we are entertaining motions to adjourn the Chamber and begin elections for the position of Grand Elector and to open the new Grand Council, which is the legislative body that will replace this National Congress.
